accordance with the laws of the state of New York, USA without regard
to its choice or law or conflict of laws principles. You expressly
consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of federal and/or state courts
located in New York , USA to enforce this Agreement or for any other
purpose in connection with this website, and hereby waive all venue.

ENTERED INTO ELECTRONICALLY, AND WITHOUT THE NECESSITY OF WRITTEN
