HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
Most orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
We ship with United Parcel Service. We normally ship all packages 2nd day air unless specified.

CAN ADWAR CASTING FINISH MY ORDERS?
Yes, we can finish all castings.

WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?
Orders are shipped out COD/Money Order or Cashiers Check. You can fill out a credit application for us to take your check or to open a 30 day acct. Or, you may pay by Visa or Mastercard.

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?
There is no minimum order, only a minimum casting labor price of $12.00.

HOW DO I FIGURE OUT MY COSTS?
In addition to labor charges, there are metal charges based on the daily pennyweight (DWT) price. We also charge for shipping and handling.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO MAKE A RUBBER MOLD, NON-SHRINK RUBBER MOLD, SILICONE MOLD?
All molds take 24 to 48 hours to make.

HOW MUCH DO MOLDS COST?
Rubber Mold $20.00, Non Shrink Rubber Mold $25.00, Silicone Mold $35.00

WHEN DOES ADWAR CASTING CLOSE FOR VACATION?
We are closed for vacation during the first week of July and from Christmas through New Years Day.

WHAT ARE YOUR OFFICE HOURS?
We are open from 8am to 5pm EST Monday thru Friday. You can place orders 24 hours a day on our voicemail system, fax or online.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All returns must be made within 14 days of invoice date. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice or invoice number. Any merchandise returned without an invoice number will receive metal credit at intrinsic value. Reason for the return must be indicated. All returns that are not due to manufacturers defect or error will be given gold credit only at invoice price or gold market price, whichever is lower. When returning finished pieces metal credit will be issued for actual weight of metal returned, not the weight of the metal originally billed. Sorry, but we can no longer accept finished returns in platinum, so that we can guarantee the utmost quality of metal.
